Vikings release star running back Dalvin Cook

After an amazing career with the Minnesota Vikings, it's time for Dalvin Cook to find a new place to call home. For a while, there has been plenty of speculation that the Pro Bowler would be released by the Vikes.

Things were made official on Thursday morning, with Minnesota indeed parting ways with the talented playmaker. Now, several teams will surely reach out to him soon to try and sign him.

Cook still has plenty of great football ahead of him. For a team in need of a stud running back, including the Dolphins, they should reach out to him ASAP to get him in town for a visit.
